When you authenticate using Google Sign-In via our central single sign-on service, we only request and receive standard OpenID Connect profile information:

Your primary email address
Your basic profile name
Your unique OpenID account identifier

We do not access, store, or process any other Google account data, files, emails, or personal contacts.

2. How We Use Information

The information received is used strictly to:

Authenticate your identity.
Create and link your personal user profile across the authorized self-hosted applications.
Maintain session state and apply appropriate role-based access permissions.

3. Data Sharing and Retention

Your information is stored locally on private self-hosted infrastructure. We do not sell, rent, monetize, or transfer your personal data to any third parties or advertisers.

4. Account Removal and Inquiries

If you wish to remove your account or unlink your Google credentials, contact the administrator directly at tjarls@gmail.com.
